Corrugated is the core of what we do. Single or double wall, each specification is matched to the product's weight, fragility, stacking requirement and journey – then value engineered and soak tested so the board grade is optimised for function and cost.

Common styles supplied

Most film is bought by the roll and never measured again, which is why so many operations over-wrap without anyone telling them. We price pallet wrap as it's used, per pallet wrapped, and around £1 per pallet is achievable with the right film on the right machine setting. Businesses buying on roll price are frequently closer to £2.20 without realising it. Why the price per roll is the wrong number.

Every film we supply carries a minimum of 30% recycled content; we don't supply virgin film. That keeps you clear of the Plastic Packaging Tax and takes weight out of the Scope 3 emissions attached to every pallet you send. For one UK healthcare distributor, moving from a 20-micron virgin film to our 30% recycled film removed around 30 tonnes of plastic a year, improved load stability and lowered film cost. Higher puncture resistance and cling. Holds a load with fewer revolutions, so less film goes round each pallet and the machine cycle is shorter.

Clearer, quieter and cheaper per roll. Requires more turns to hold the same load, which is why price per roll isn't the figure to compare.
